Disclaimer

TrainTak is a travel agency, not a railroad, and this is not a rail carrier’s official website. TrainTak is an independent business and an authorized reseller of rail tickets. We do not own or operate any train, track or station, we are not sponsored or endorsed by any rail carrier, and we have no authority to speak on a carrier’s behalf.

If you need a carrier’s own website, customer service or corporate information, please go to that carrier directly.

“TrainTak”, the TrainTak wordmark and the TrainTak rail device are marks of TrainTak Travel. Any other name, mark or logo that appears on this site remains the property of its respective owner, and is used only in a descriptive sense to identify a service or destination. Such use does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

TrainTak is responsible for the agency service we provide:

• Presenting fares and availability accurately as returned to us by the carrier.
• Issuing the correct ticket for the journey you selected.
• Charging the amount shown, with our service fee itemised before payment.
• Servicing your booking — changes, cancellations, refunds and disruption support.
• Handling your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

The train is operated by the carrier, not by TrainTak. We have no control over and accept no liability for:

• Punctuality, delays, cancellations, diversions or equipment substitutions.
• Onboard service, catering, seating comfort, Wi-Fi or accessibility equipment.
• Station facilities, platform changes, staffing or announcements.
• Loss of, damage to, or delay of baggage.
• Decisions to refuse carriage, or to remove a passenger from a service.
• Missed onward arrangements — flights, hotels, car hire, events — caused by rail disruption.

Your rights in these situations come from the carrier’s conditions of carriage. We will help you claim them, but we cannot override the carrier’s decision or substitute our judgment for theirs.

Fares, schedules, route descriptions, journey times and station details are provided for general guidance and are supplied to us by the carrier and other third parties. They can change without notice, sometimes at short notice. We update them in good faith but do not warrant that everything on this site is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it.

Always check your confirmation and the carrier’s live departure information before travelling. Where the information on this site conflicts with your ticket or the carrier’s own published information, the carrier’s information governs.

Photographs, route illustrations and destination imagery on this site are for editorial and illustrative purposes. They are not necessarily images of the specific train, carriage, seat class, route or season you are booking, and rolling stock may differ from what is depicted.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, insurance or immigration advice. Content about travel documents, accessibility, insurance or health is general information only. Where your circumstances need a professional opinion, please get one.

Where we link to a carrier, a tourism board, a transit authority or another external site, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their privacy practices or availability.
